MY APPROACH

I offer a space where you can slow down and begin to make sense of what is happening in your life, at your own pace. People often come to therapy when they feel overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or uncertain, or when they are navigating periods of change and transition. Others come when familiar ways of coping no longer feel enough.

Whatever brings you, we can begin with what feels most present for you.

Therapy is not about fixing, but about coming to understand yourself and your experience more deeply. Over time, this can support a greater sense of ease, self-understanding, and feeling more at home in yourself.

ABOUT ME

I am a qualified counsellor, registered with the BACP, and currently in the final year of my Psychotherapy training at the Institute of Psychosynthesis (UKCP trainee).

I am a trauma-informed practitioner (certified), and my work is informed by somatic awareness. This means we may gently pay attention to how experiences are held not only in thoughts and emotions, but also in the body, supporting a greater sense of grounding, safety, and connection with yourself.

Alongside my clinical training, I previously worked in scientific research. While this informs a thoughtful and steady approach, my focus is on your experience and what you need from therapy.
